Apparently, GrapheneOS is "offering forgiveness" to people they are in conflict with.

A few weeks ago I let them know I would be willing to accept if they were willing to remove the many lies and personal attacks they've posted about me over the years, and I provided a short list of a few examples to make it easier for them.

I have not heard back since, but I'm hopeful they will follow through on their efforts to mend our relationship 🙂

@jonah This beef in the privcy community reminds me of "divide and conquer". In the big picture, we need to remember that the core purpose of all these projects is a collective effort for human rights, and freedom from oppression. Fighting for privacy is bigger than our individual goals. I really hope this can heal.

@centiquetzal 💯🤞

This is why we’ll continue to publish GrapheneOS content with or without their support, but ideally with their support would be better. As we saw with Proton recently, working together benefits everyone involved 💪

@jonah
I commented on that toot and immediately got blocked by those gaslighting DARVO fucks.
@draken not sure that rhetoric helps mend things, to be fair 🤔
@jonah
In my defense, he is crazy so I thought he'd respond.
@jonah
I'm only going to say one last thing on this topic in every thread I've started/commented in: I should've remembered the old adage "Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose."
@jonah This is the first I'm hearing about this. What is this about? I've been planning on moving to Graphene OS, but now I have concerns.

@gcvsa they just don’t like me. And the guy who used to run Calyx (and now runs Phreeli) *really* doesn’t like me either, so I’m out of luck in the Android world no matter which direction I go haha

GrapheneOS is alright though, it’s really the only reasonable way to get a de-Googled Android phone these days, so I’d stick with your plans 👍
