@rayk I often intentionally do so late, as I know there can be last-minute changes if someone drops out or something... but yeah, I'm definitely cutting it close to the wire, heh.

@xgranade @rayk The churn on our schedule seems to be slowing down as we get closer — always the possibility of some last-minute dropouts, but the schedule should be pretty solid at this point.

@xgranade I'll be at Norwescon! In some senses, easy to find: Thursday night dance DJ, Friday evening PKD award host, digital accessibility panel on Saturday. Otherwise, running around being social. :)
