@andycarolan @alexandra I was enjoying myself too much to stop until my second walk when my foot ripped through my sock and legs started cramping 😮💨 Paying for it handsomely today, I know my limits now that’s the lesson it’s taught me, lol!

@andycarolan @alexandra hope your week got better. It was the lure of a flat white that got me out the door originally, but a lack of oat milk in the cafe got me out walking instead.

@andycarolan I later realised that it brands itself more as a cafe/deli rather than a coffee shop. But these days you do expect milk alternatives not just because of preference but also intolerances.
