WilliamPretty much read through _Usability Engineering_ (Nielsen) now, and I’ve learned a lot. Does anyone have recommendations for similarly digestible books on the subject that have been published more recently?
Many references to specific technologies though are very dated now, and I think the conversation around specific practices (such as logging and the ethics surrounding it) have progressed significantly since 1994 when the book was published. I’m interested to see that progression, but I don’t have the bandwidth at present to dig through academic papers and blog posts.
