Officially, we had contracted out on-site work to another company in town, so any official stuff generally took two days, so my “job” was basically to get things working as well as possible in those two days without messing anything up.
One time there was a stick of RAM with lifetime warranty that was broken, and I had to smash it on camera to get a replacement.
Most of the time it was just fixing BSODs and hangs by updating drivers, because to this day those don’t get pushed out centrally.
