I recently got one with ECG, blood pressure, sleep tracking… and chose the FitVII GT5 Pro.

✅ Works without an account (no cloud sync)
✅ Just one tracker (blocked by /e/OS Advanced Privacy)
✅ Good compatibility with /e/OS
❌ No WearOS
❌ No Apple Watch
