A human scale whack-a-mole game, but rather than a mole there is a dildo. Players all sit together on the holes at the same time. The mole will raise on a pneumatic piston at random.

Maybe the games master has to guess who's penetrated, players are eliminated if the guess is correct.

I haven't figured out the scoring system but ultimately everyone is a winner.
