Decapitation strikes are a TERRIBLE strategy—they leave no way for your adversary to de-escalate.

@iskandarv I'm pretty sure it's a symptom of Israel (actually, Netanyahu) wanting a Forever War. Iran surrendering would defeat the object of the exercise.
