I installed the SwitchBot Bot on my kitchen ceiling lights switch. By itself it can run over Bluetooth, but I paired it with the SwitchBot Hub 2 which allows WiFi control.

It really works (so far). It'll be interesting to see how the battery life is; it runs on just a coin battery. 😬

It's Matter compatible (with the hub). I got it into Apple Home that way, but Google and Home Assistant are possible too, apparently.

The setup was a little finicky and confusing. It took about an hour. The biggest hurdle was figuring out how to get it working with Matter and subsequently Apple Home. The manual says next to nothing about Matter. I had to go digging through their documentation portal to find that information. The panel where you enable Matter is really buried deep in the SwitchBot app. It's not intuitive at all.
