Earlier today, Trump made it clear there's so much money in DHS' Big Ugly Bill slush fund that he wants to use it to pay TSA agents. That means the regime could have resumed TSA funding all along. Trump just wanted chaos in airports to pressure Congress into giving more money to his secret police. 🧵

Trump's announcement is yet another reason why no Democrat should be voting to provide more money for ICE or Border Patrol to terrorize our communities.

TSA workers deserve to be paid and the GOP must join Democrats to find a real solution to the problem that Trump and Republicans created. Workers' paychecks never should have been held hostage by the regime and Americans are rightly furious at Trump for this manufactured chaos. Democrats were correct to refuse to give more money to ICE and CBP.

On January 24, federal forces with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) killed Alex Pretti in Minneapolis. This was just over two weeks after the killing of Renee Good. These killings are a direct result of unchecked violence, impunity, and abuse carried out by federal immigration enforcement agencies against members of our communities.
