I haven't looked at the details but this is what it sounds like from the posts I'm seeing Phase 1 - Head in the Sand Phase 2 - Head in the Sand Phase 3 - Flail around to seem like we're doing something Phase 4 - Fucking panic because now we're not sorted either.
