@sgillies What do you use for noodles? I've tried a variety of Chinese wheat noodles but really, spaghetti is very solid.

@incanus a Taiwanese brand's dried Kuan Miao noodles. Spaghetti is a good substitute, I agree, but not the yellow American Beauty stuff.
