The extra sucky bit about AI is that I'm finding the rhythms of its sentences in my own writing now. (And look, maybe that's the case for the long blog post I just read. Maybe it's not AI at all, it's just that that is the writer's mental model of writing now). I think because we just see SO FUCKING MUCH of it that it's seeping into our consciousness. I feel like I want to start writing deliberately badly, run on sentences, too-long sentences, swearing as much as I fucking like or just fucking off punctuation altogether because FUCK AI.
