@wdlindsy they are more like despicable scavengers, plundering society & ripping everything good out of it so they can profit & benefit from the rotting carcass left behind, no morals, no emotion, just unadulterated animal instinct to destroy everything...

@Vonskinnback @wdlindsy scavengers play a critical role in the ecosystem though. I guess parasites do too to some degree but it's still a better description of the effect of the parasite class on everyone else.

@reallyflygreg @wdlindsy even parasites need the host to survive for their own survival, these billionaires are actively looking to remove us from the equation, looking to create a new world where they could lose 7 billion people and still live the life of Riley like gods, I fear that once they have the AI and the robots they need they will dispense of society as it just gets in the way of them doing what they want...
