Does anyone have more information about the odd sandwich with cilantro coating the outside of the sandwich but not actually in the sandwich? It almost looks like a dessert sandwich except for the cilantro part…

By the way, since it turns out that I often make pretty much the same sandwich (just without the greenery), I can report that it benefits remarkably from grinding just a bit of MSG into it.
