That's quite the most remarkable thing I have seen in ages. QT in a constituency and the sitting MP in that constituency is not on the panel. Is he afraid that his constituents might ask him to account for himself?

@tompearce49 Not only that: the person representing and an actual member of #ReformLtd is introduced as a media person, not as a politician or even as a member of Reform. Surely this is unacceptable #BBC bias? @patrickhadfield
@tompearce49 @HarriettMB I didn't realise Skinner was representing Reform! His mouth's so big he can fit the whole panel's feet in it!
@patrickhadfield @tompearce49 @HarriettMB He joined Reform in January, I think, and is planning on standing as a candidate in local elections.

Careless of them... Reform UK lose fourth #Scottish #elections candidate in less than a week | The National https://www.thenational.scot/news/25969913.reform-uk-loses-third-scottish-elections-candidate-less-week/ Maybe using GPS trackers would help πŸ˜‚ #ReformUK #ReformUKLtd #GrifterFarage

@MyricaGale @patrickhadfield @tompearce49 @HarriettMB Last time I looked, more than 60 of their councillors had either defected, quit altogether, or been suspended for misconduct! The whole operation is a shambles, but their GB News-watching fanbase never hear about any of it, because Nige and co. only ever receive favourable coverage.

If any other party was such a quagmire of corruption, crackpottery, unabashed bigotry and unbridled incompetence, it'd be national news on an almost daily basis.

Some good observations from Murray Foote of the Dundee Courier here: https://www.thecourier.co.uk/fp/politics/5459000/murray-foote-reform/
Just need to get the Mail, Express and Telegraph to copy the story πŸ˜„
@patrickhadfield ?The only Skinner I have known in the UK parliament (and his presence is sadly missed) was the inimitable Dennis. (@HarriettMB
@patrickhadfield @tompearce49 Nige claims that as an MP representing Clacton, he’s not permitted on the panel. That doesn’t explain why another Reform MP couldn’t take his place: nor does it explain why the Reform member isn’t introduced as such.
@tompearce49 Especially given how popular his party seems to be on BBCQT it is definitely surprising!
