@[email protected] I read that as "Hello dishcloths!" and wondered if that was a new term of endearment for us makers! 😂 #MakersHour

Q1: Hello fellow dishcloths*! Tell us what you’ve been doing this week.

Outside of the usual seasonally seedling raising (soooo many chillies) and food making: mainly car fettling... finally put in the big order for parts to replace all the suspension, the drive shafts, and other related ancillaries.

I am basically making a car, or as @ahnlak put it: The Car of Theseus.

@MakersHour

@yvan @ahnlak @MakersHour chile seedling friend! 🌱

@jmeowmeow @ahnlak @MakersHour oh, wow, you're way ahead of me! They're very healthy looking plants.

I don't start mine super early as I grow a lot of chilies and wouldn't have the space to store all those potted up. We cannot safely move them outside (to the greenhouse/polytunnel) until May so still have a lot of indoor growing time ahead. I have 56 chilli seedling mini pots at the moment, though some of them have 2 seedlings in (for culling or splitting).

@yvan @ahnlak @MakersHour so many seedlings!

Warm enough here to try the biggest tomato seedling in the outdoor greenhouse (vinyl covered) but too soon for capsicums.
