People already are using "i saw this video before 2023" as a signature that the video is eligible to be believed. Soon, "this software was developed before 2025" will be the only sign that makes software eligible to be run.

@jonny I just got Horizon Forbidden West, and was watching the opening and think to myself "ah this will be one of the last video-games made by real humans, 20 years from now it may be a form of art lost to time".

Marathon's AI videos are fucking creepy (although it's mostly a game about creepy AIs)

Good thing, that my laptops graphics are too underpowered to run anything from after 2020. Not to say my workstation, which good big processor (having been professional expensive workstations in their former life), but the graphics card is pitiable.

So, in gaming, I am secure from AI slop for some time ... (buying a better workstation would cost me too much in DRAM for the 1.5 years).
