@Geri they are not, they are supposed to disappear or just not exist. what is needed is a trans eventer or showjumper to sue....

@Geri they banned transgender WOMEN. Sounds to me like men won’t be tested and there’s an exemption for them.

They didn't ban men because they generally win against women.

They found a way to accommodate them.

IDK if trans athletes would like separate events, or the same events with separate podiums, or ….

Not my lane, but they should be negotiating with them, urgently.
