Very tired all day, eyes are burning (lol?) - got two shots earlier this morning

- boostix polio: tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, poliomyelitis
- encepur: tick-borne encephalitis

I don't know why I got boostix polio rather than the indicated tetanus+diphtheria only. I suspect the doctor only had that around? Polio and Pertussis are not _normally_ done every 10 years (well we last did polio 20 years ago).

Well I still have to do 2x tick vaccinations to get immunity there, and then supposedly every 5 years, but maybe they update that to 10 too

The known side effects include loss of appetite but like always (same for when sick with cold or similar) I'm the inverse.

I don't lose the appetite, worse, I am super hungry.

I probably ate double my usual yesterday.

@juliank AFAIK the recommendations for Polio were changed.
