What is the most overrated song of all time?
What is the most overrated song of all time?
For me, pretty much all of Bob Dylan’s production. I know he’s supposed to be a Nobel-Prize-winning genius singer and songwriter, and everybody is in total awe of his talent, but… honestly, I’ve seen people sing better and play the guitar better in the metro.
I don’t dislike Bob Dylan, and his lyrics were a powerful product of his time. But he’s always seems very meh to me as a musician. I just don’t get the hype.
Don’t wait for a Taylor Swift “Fuck ICE” song anytime soon
Taylor Swift is a billionaire. She’s in the club. She’s not gonna shit the bed 🙂

Bob Dylans entire thing is that he can’t sing and he knows it.
Hes talked many times about how ridiculous it felt for him to be grouped with some of the greatest singers of all time when he was at award shows or other music stuff.
Just look at his expression in the We Are The World music video:
Bob Dylan was loved for his song writing. People didn’t love his voice or his playing, but they loved hearing him in spite of his voice because his songs meant so much.
The most popular versions of his songs were often recorded by other folk groups.
Hey Jude.
I fucking hate it.

There are just unsalvageable bars in here. People were unironically listening to this with their future wives
Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
We know with great precision what they are now.
At least it’s twin the alphabet song is actually quite useful to have memorized.
It’s pretty metal though:
“There’s a world outside your window
And it’s a world of dreaded fear
Where the only water flowing
Is the bitter sting of tears
And the Christmas bells that ring there
Are the clanging chimes of doom”
