If you look west from the room of this apartment, you will be able to freely enjoy Mt. Fuji 100 kilometres away without any obstacles. You should also be able to enjoy the sight of the sunset on Mt. Fuji. If you look at the east side, you can enjoy the Tokyo Skytree. I'm sure every day will be fun.
