Can anyone explain to me why they are bombing oil ports while the world is having an energy crisis? Ukraine struck Russia's oil ports and what exactly is the strategy here?
My country declared National Energy Crisis and I just want to understand.

Due to the war in the Middle East, we get our oil from Russia. My country is doing this to save its citizens. Ukraine destroys the oil ports of Russia, but it's other nations that suffer. :(

Ukraine also does what it needs to save its citizens.
The Russian war will be over when one side is unable to provide enough soldiers and material for the frontline. Since oil revenue is the main income of Russia, higher oil prices allow it to sustain the fight longer. More money means more weapons.
The oil to the Philippines comes from the Russian far east, out of Ukrainian reach. So the attacks will not affect these shipments, only exports to Europe.
The attacks however decrease the total amount of oil on the market and thus driving the prices. This prices out the most vulnerable (and also drives up Russion revenue from the far eastern exports).
Russia will not be happy to see its ally Iran weakened, even when it benefits from the oil price hike. The war was started about regional domination in the middle east as well as leadership issues, but it puts a lot of states in a difficult position. So I blame nobody for buying Russian.
