Aside from that one time he bought Ron a chocolate frog, despite having unlimited wealth and despite practically adopted and living with Ron's family, despite being written as feeling awkward when confronted by the comparative poverty, Harry does absolutely nothing to help Ron or his family. I can't imagine NOT doing that in some way seeing a friend in need.
