got Amsterdammed on:

- look out the window. sky is blue.
- arrive downstairs with Odin. it is raining
- rains the entire walk
- rains when I get to the front door
- arrive upstairs with Odin. the sun is shining

@0xabad1dea I've had at least once when it has *literally* been raining on one side of the house but not on the other. Makes for great fun.

So what did Odin say about the weather? 🙂

@mkj @0xabad1dea Does Odin enjoy baths, and if not, how do you clean him?

My uncle Jim had a Great Dane named Brittany who would thrash so much, that they resorted to leashing her to the trailer hitch on his truck, and spraying her with the garden hose. I always maintained that this was why she hated bath time so much.

@0xabad1dea @mkj Oh sweet. Big dogs seem to have a binary switch when it comes to bath time. It's either fine and dandy like sour candy, or, NOOOOOO!!!!!1111one.

Had neighbors growing up that had two Newfies, one of each type. One of them just always smelled bad.

Then in the summertime, that same dog would willingly jump into the pool, then dry off by rolling around in the grass. So in the summer she smelled like dirt and chlorine. But in the winter? That dog could get a little ripe.
