Manager had been telling me I am due a significant pay rise, haven't had one since 2022/2023 sometime. I spoke w/ him today and it's a 6% increase. In the time since I've last had one inflation has gone up between 5.9 and 15%. So I'm not even earning as much as when I last had a pay rise, for more work.
