Remy Zandwijk@randahl As a Dutch citizen, I feel ashamed of Rutteâs actions. I can somewhat understand why he is doing all this (to keep NATO together). But it would have been wiser if he had kept his dignity and said, âI will not take part in this,â and stepped down.

But thinking about it "out of the box", perhaps the only way forward in any communication or interaction with americans is just lie. Lie our asses off to get what we as Europeans want. It seems it's the new norm.
