📢 #BOOK #REQUEST

I've been rearranging my books & decided I need more (I don't...).

Anyone like to recommend a (preferably) #nonfiction book they find under-recommended & are itching to tell someone about?

Don't mind if it's out of print or what genre/topic. Don't mind if it's academic or pop culture. English or German would be useful.

I'll contribute, too:

A.P. d'Entrèves - "Natural Law" (1961)

(Premise: Are some laws linked to our inherent moral nature?)

@mythologyandhistory thanks for the recommendation.

I liked "the ancient paths" by Graham Robb.
Premise, if the Romans got through much of modern France in three days, then maybe those Roman roads were Celtic roads first.
It is hard to know much from Celtic times, since there are no direct written records. This book doesn’t have all the answers but raises interesting questions.
