GREUBE HUMAINEMember of the Egyptian Bar Association, Elsayed Saeed Khalaf, a lawyer - 43 years old, has been subjected to repression since his arrest in September 2020 in Sharkia Governorate. He was accused of belonging to a terrorist group and financing its activities.
He was granted release pending the case with guaranteed residence at the session of March 27, 2021. The decision was upheld and the Public Prosecution’s appeal was rejected at the session of March 28, 2021.
After the decision to release him, he was detained in 3 cases on charges of demonstrating
