On defense, OKC switches on screens/picks.
My sense is that very few NBA teams do this any more. They're petrified of 'mismatches'. So the on-ball defender either 1) runs behind the screen, allowing the ball handler to take an open jump shot or 2) run around the screen taking himself out of the play and allowing the ballhandler and screener to advance towards the hoop for a likely 2-on-1 shot attempt (often a lob dunk or layup).
