Ross of OttawaI'm generally underwhelmed by #SpaghettiSquash when serving it with any pasta sauce recipe I've tried so far (typically tomato based).
Any suggestions for some approach you enjoy where it doesn't taste like a weak substitute for real pasta?
monstreline@ottaross baked with marinara and cheese is my preferred method of consumption
@monstreline the cheese does seem to be an important component.
Last couple of times I just made sauce and it was rather boring.
@ottaross you need a crunchy top for textural variation
@monstreline bread crumbs into the cheese topping might've been a good addition for that purpose.
