@georgetakei There is an entire doomsday cult being built out of MAGA.

A lady at work is constantly going on about it. It seems deliberate. Like the cult asking you to drink to Kool aid.

@theloopfarm @georgetakei Sadly, that doomsday cult is nothing new. I was surrounded by its particular brand of accelerationism as a child and they are, to a one, Zionist (because "God's Chosen People") and thoroughly Reaganized. They decorate their spaces with fake scripture verses and partial US flags. They vote reliably, because their lay-clergy instruct them to, and how. They accept and repeat provable lies as articles and demonstrations of faith.
Their Holy Bibles are plentiful and unopened

@paneerakbari @georgetakei I do really enjoy when people read the Bible to Christians but they think it is something else and they find it repulsive. Until they learn it is the Bible and then like they are programmed to react in a certain way, they do a 180 in their ideology and defend the repulsive.
