The "HR" person at my last job used alot of "bla bla blas" in the first day of orientation and didnt give me a location or remote link for day two and didnt respond to calls texts emails or Slacks so I didnt even go to day 2. In an all staff the following week she was given a standing ovation with "Great job on completing your first orientation! Stunning job!" I was stunned...

Of course, this is the non-profit that took retirement funds from my and others' paychecks for 6 months and didnt actually invest the funds at the same time they missed payroll twice 🤷‍♀️
Did I report them? No. Who would I report them to? (i know who I would've reported them to when we had a functioning government so no need to offer that info up.)
