And birdsong. I sometimes get up at 4am at the height of spring to listen. Absolute cacophony, it's like a sonic tsunami looming over you. And I know we all think it's pretty, but it essentially boils down to 'Come and ravish me senseless' or 'I'm going to peck your eyes out.' #HorrorWritersChat
