#asteroids for example. Carbonaceous Chondrite asteroids contain carbon-based pre-biotic molecules that are extremely valuable in pharmaceutical discovery and various manufacturing processes. The metallic asteroids include large deposits of valuable metals - gold, platinum, titanium. Thousands of “near Earth objects”
#NEO are more accessible than any planetary surface. Mining these resources can be done entirely with robotic automation. Thinking about space needs to stretch our imagination more, because we’ll never do things that we do not imagine.
