Every so often I catch my breath thinking of all the exceptional professionals in government having to deal with all this corruption, chaos, cruelty, cluelessness, craziness... My heart hurts for them, trying to do their jobs and keep the ship of US Government from completely sinking despite the leadership. #Govvies #USPol #Insanity

@Lizette603_23 My husband had to deal with that first insane round of Trump. That was bad enough. I cannot imagine how it is now. :(

@nomdeb I follow updates from those people, being a former Fed myself, and everything I hear is that it’s unbelievably bad. Thousands have been laid off, with few to handle all the work, now being replaced by regime loyalists. This was the plan from before. Huge respect for the Feds who are there and for those who have been involuntarily separated.
