It’s been 3 years that all major social media platforms have been sued in several countries for deliberately putting child safety at risk and harming their mental health.

Only in the US, there are 1,500 pending cases against Meta about teen mental health. TikTok, Snap, etc. have also been taken to court in several jurisdictions.
