Roy -- the dull oneKudos! We need to spotlight the readiness of ICE recruits. The training seems inadequate and often contrary to American law.
However, we shouldn't joke about ICE personnel who seem, perhaps, less than ready for hand-to-hand combat. Appearances can be deceptive.
Even if an ICE operative were scrawny and ill-prepared, he/she would still be lethal. That's what guns do.
And if they are unsure of themselves, that can make them more deadly.
