@skinnylatte my city (Somerville MA) does this too. cars run reds and blow through stop signs and speed and park illegally and stuff? nary a cop, nary a fine. but oh my GOD if a bicyclist rolls through a stop sign they will not hesitate to issue a $20 fine.

and every time they beg the city council for more funding for their stupid cop toys, they wonder why we hate them
