copsewood@finlaydag33k Any general purpose computer with 2 or more network devices can be configured as a router. Linux is very good at this job. I did this in the late nineties when coax cable broadband only supported a single network connected device, and things have improved much since then. I've played around with a Busybox matchbox sized personal VPN router more recently.
@copsewood By all technicality, if you enable "hotspot" on your phone, your phone is now a router...
