And by the way, I decided to give OpenSUSE Tumbleweed another try today. Since Debian has its little quirks with my keyboards and I don’t want to use a distribution with a U.S. background like Fedora, OpenSUSE would be the politically correct choice for me as a European solution.

@unixviking Yeah, I absolutely love Debian but I did just install openSUSE Tumbleweed on my extra desktop. It's been a while since I last tried it.

@cmccullough It’s been a while since I used Tumbleweed, and I wasn’t happy with it back then. I don’t even remember why anymore. Because now I’ve set up a system that works really well. The only issue I had at first was with Localsend; I had to configure the firewall to open a specific port. Other than that, everything works fine now.

Debian would also be a solution for me as a global project, but something about it doesn’t like my keyboards or the Logitech receiver.

But since I use a mini-PC as my main computer—where you can simply remove the magnetic cover and swap out the NVMe drive instantly—and I have several NVMe drives with pre-installed distros, including Debian, I can quickly test at any time to see if an update has fixed this issue. After all, it worked fine at first and then suddenly this problem appeared.
