Anyone ever installed Windows 3.1 on PC-DOS 7.0?

I've got a bad idea...

I mean, it says Windows right on the front of the box, so it's gotta be possible right?

@TechTangents i'm 90% sure that's what i have on a thinkpad 755, i'm really really sure it's PC DOS 7 and not anything else
