@Dianora I just mash 0 or random buttons until it gives up and gives me an operator.

Some voice phone systems also have special frustration redirects if you start swearing at it. That’s fun.

@berdandy We more or less tried that. "All our agents are busy, if you are returned to me (the AI voice) leave a message and we'll get back to you." We did that and it started from the top with its spiel so we hung up. Going to find someone else.

@Dianora Part of a trend I'm afraid. Blue Line Taxi and CAA have both gone that way as well, I've found. I haven't found any way to speak to a real person, though both have apps you can use instead of voice AI.
