Acharya Ji has previously been honoured with the “Outstanding Contribution to National Development” award by the IIT Delhi Alumni Association.

Speaking on AI, he presented an uncomfortable truth- if machines can replicate our functions, it suggests that much of what we call “intelligence” is merely pattern repetition. In such a rapidly changing world, the only way to stay ahead is for education to focus not on chasing external change, but on connecting the individual to oneself. He emphasised that without this, education remains incomplete.
