For those asking about the wedding cake: it's literally just two store bought choc mud cakes stacked, with cheap decorations on top(not edible), and a ribbon around the middle. Below the poverty line and all that, so nothing fancy, but it worked for us🥰💜

@amorablackrose I feel you on the poverty wedding. Our wedding cakes (and the rest of the wedding dinner) were made by my mother. And the party was at my parents' house. 😅

We were more interested in how it tasted than how fancy it was, which was absolutely the right choice for us.

I think the most expensive part of the wedding were the pretty rings, with food as a close second because my mother does not half-ass anything when it comes to food. 😂
