@mattiem it was a bad code and apparently diagnostics in new compiler recognized it.

Callback function setup on a popup that is executed when popup is dismissed but the UIVC (bvc) is referenced inside the Task scheduled inside that same callback . Quite a mess honestly and this forced me to get into it and re-factor it: callback became async thus removing the need for the Task.
