His leadership saw his drunken grab ass, misogynistic, fuck the rules of war, white Christian nationalist attitude. So it makes sense he fires 4-star women first (Coast Guard Commandant & Navy CNO), then the black 4-star CJCS. He ordered a 20% cut of generals & Admirals & fired a disproportionate number of other senior female officers.
