Why am I getting a black screen for 10-15 seconds on wake from suspend on Ubuntu 25.10 on an HP Envy x360 laptop?

I've been having issues with my laptop taking an abnormally long time to wake from suspend, either via terminal or when closing the lid. The laptop is a dual boot setup with Windows, and the problem
