Questions for people who do full make-up:

1. When I prime my face do I need to use the same primer for the eyes?
Which leads to question 2. Do I use concealer or eyeshadow primer?
3. Can I use baby/any talc powder as some sort of setting powder?
4. Do I really need false lashes if I'm gonna put winged eyeliner or is eyelash curler and mascara all good?

What I know so far:

*If I'm using a silicone-based foundation, I need a silicone-based face primer, water-based foundation over water-based primer, etc.
*Hooded eyelids have a different way to put eyeshadow and winged eyeliner.
*Setting spray is the last step. (Is this essential or primer can basically hold everything up? I guess this is question 5 lol)
*make sure to do your skin care routine including sunscreen lol
*tidy up eyebrows

Thank you very much in advance.

@pipesunlimited hi !

1. No
2. You can use eye primer OR concealer ; if you use concealer, you may need to apply a thin layer of powder to prevent creasing
3. Not sure. I've read some people saying it's not as thin as face powder - maybe it's better to use a cheap face powder (RCMA is a great option, it's huge and I still have mine after many years)
4. You don't need lashes if you don't want to put lashes. I often wear dramatic eye makeup and rarely put false lashes on.
5. For setting spray, you can just spray water - it also works.

I hope it helps!
