#capoeira tonight: Two visitors! One in town for a conference and dropped by for class, and a friend of theirs who lives in town and is a friend of our group. Always fun!

Class was a more "chill" class that left everyone sweaty. About 2/3 of the way in Contramestra had to leave to pick up a kid so I closed out class with some tongue twister sequences and a practice roda.
